Spike V2 and V1 See a Thunderstorm

“Today,” said Spike. “We’re going to see nature’s entertainment. - A thunderstorm. My Weatherama says there will be a storm in México!”
“Ohhhh,” said V2 and V1, “Why aren’t we going to the movies or to the fireworks? Plus what is a Weatherama?” Asked the two veggies.
“A Weatherama is a machine that says where and when the next storm will happen.” Said Spike looking forward to the storm. “We are not going to a man-made show is because it costs money. It will be fun though.” said Spike. “Now let’s go!”
“Yeah,” yelled V1 and V2. V2 ran back just in time to get the carriable camper with plastic windows and walls. Then they flew away with their automatic wings.
When V1 got tired of flying she muttered, “Are we there yet?”
“Not quite,” said Spike getting out his air GPS. “This says we have five more minutes.” “Were there now!” said Spike. The sky was dark like cocoa powder.
“Ohhhhh this is my first time,” said V1 shivering with fright. Suddenly it started hailing. A lightning bolt struck. “Ahhhhh,” screamed V1.
 “Ohhhhh,” said V2.
V1 was so scared some of her quills fell out! A crash of thunder made V1 jump. The rest of her quills fell out! She was bald!
 “That’s funny,” said V2
“No it’s not,” said V1 I’m bald. A bunch more lightning bolts the color of the sun struck, and a lot more deafening thunder booms came that sounded like beating drums.
“Now now,” said Spike who had been listening to all the veggies said, “We’ll leave now.” So they flew away.
“I’m glad we were inside,” said V2, “that was some big hail.”
